Report Designer - the report explorer

Description

The Report Explorer pane shows the structure of your report, including all the pages, sections and items. You can double-click sections to show the variables within them. When you select an item in Explorer, that item is also selected on your report layout.

Access the report explorer window

To display this pane, choose View, then click Report Explorer.

The report explorer window shows all sections applied to the document. You can expand each section to view the variables contained within it.

This can be used to highlight specific variables and expressions.
