Customer labels

To access these labels, click Customers, then click Labels.

Laser Customer Delivery Address Label (A4) Prints a label for the registered address and each delivery address set up on the customer's record and shows account reference, name and address.
Laser Sales Label (A4) Prints a label for each customer record and shows contact name and address.
Dot Matrix Customer Delivery Address Label (12in sheet) Prints a label for the registered address and each delivery address set up on the customer's record and shows account reference, name and address.
Dot Matrix Laser Sales Label (12in sheet) Prints a label for each customer record and shows contact name and address.

Supplier labels

To access these labels, click Suppliers, then click Labels.

Laser Company Delivery Address Label (A4) Prints a label for each of your company's delivery address and shows your company name and delivery address.
Laser Purchase Label (A4) Prints a label for each supplier record and shows contact name and address.

Product labels

To access these labels, click Products and Services, then click Labels.

Laser Product Label (A4) Prints a label for each product and shows:
  • Stock code and description
  • Current quantity in stock
  • Location
  • Stock category name
  • Commodity code
Product Bar Code Prints a label for each product and shows a bar code based on the reference in the Product Record.
Dot Matrix Product Label (12in sheet) Prints a label for each product and shows:
  • Stock code and description
  • Current quantity in stock
  • Location
  • Stock category name
  • Commodity code
Dymo Product Label Prints a label for each product and shows:
  • Stock code and description
  • Current quantity in stock

Invoice labels

To access these labels, click Invoices and credits, then click Labels.
