Employee is missing Address line 2 when enabled for CWPS in Employee Details - Validate Payroll Data
Description

If the address is not filled in, this will result in a warning when running the Data Validation Report:

'Employee (number) is missing Address line 2 when enabled for CWPS, in Employee Details'

Cause
Resolution

To enter Address line 2:

  1. On the menu bar, click Processing then click Employee Details.
  2. Next to the Surname box, click browse  and click the relevant employee.
  3. Click the Personnel tab.
  4. Enter Address Line 2.
  5. Click Save.
