You haven't upgraded the data in Payroll
Description

After installing a Sage Payroll update, you must log into each of your payrolls so the data can upgrade and recognise your current software version.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to Login > Log in to a Payroll
  2. Login to the Payroll named with your usual Username, Password and Payroll Password
  3. Run the Validation Report by clicking Reports > Validate Payroll Data.  If any issues are found in the data, resolve them as usual.
