Change the PPS number within an employee's record - Validate Payroll Data
Description

If an employee had more than one employment in 2018, they were issued a PPS number with 'X', 'T', or 'Z' at the end. However, from 1 January 2019 this is no longer required.

If an employee still has a PPS number ending in 'X', 'T', or 'Z', this will cause a validation error. You can check with Department of Employment Affairs (Welfare) which PPS number to use for the employee.
