Check you're on the main site

1. Click Help then click About.
2. Under Sage Drive information, check the Site value. This shows if you're at the main site or a remote site.

Update the main site

Download and install your updates

You need to install both Sage 50 Accounts v24.2 and v24.3.

Follow the steps below on all computers including the computer where your data is held.

1. Click Help, then click Check for Updates and follow the onscreen prompts.
2. If there are no new updates, click Close and close Sage 50 Accounts then, to download Sage 50 Accounts v24.2, click the link below:

   If prompted to save the file, note the file name, Sage 50Accounts_v24.2.exe then click Save.
   
   Depending on your web browser, the file may automatically save to your Downloads folder. To view your download folder, press Ctrl + J on your keyboard.
3. Browse to and double-click the downloaded file, then follow the on-screen prompts.
   
   Your new update introduces some great new features so we need to re-index your data files. This means it may take a little longer to install than previous updates.
4. To download Sage 50 Accounts v24.3, click the link below:

5. If prompted to save the file, note the file name  then click Save.
6. Browse to and double-click the downloaded file, then follow the on-screen prompts.
7. Install the update on all computers that have a copy of Sage 50 Accounts and also the computer that holds your data.

After installing the update, if prompted, restart your computer.

Update all remote sites

On each Sage Drive remote site, follow the same steps above to download and install your update.
