How do I view bank charges?
Description

With the Bank charges feature in Sage 50 Accounts you can post a bank charge at the same time as you post a customer receipt or supplier payment, so you're finished in half the time. You can see the bank charges you've posted this way in:

  • View bank charges within the customer or supplier activity.
  • The bank charges reports.
View bank charges in activity windows
  1. On the navigation bar, click Customers or Suppliers.
  2. Click the required customer or supplier record, then click Activity.
  3. Click View bank charges.

Here you can see the bank charges associated with the selected customer or supplier.

Run a bank charge report
  1. On the navigation bar, click Bank accounts.
  2. Click the required bank account, then click Reports.
  3. Click Bank charges, then click the required report.
  4. Click Preview, enter any required criteria, then click OK.
