You need to install both Sage 50 Accounts v24.2 and v24.3.

Follow the steps below on all computers including the computer where your data is held. We advise to update where the data is held first.

1. Click Help, then click Check for Updates and follow the onscreen prompts.
2. If there are no new updates, click Close and close Sage 50 Accounts then, to download Sage 50 Accounts v24.2, click the link below:

3. If prompted to save the file, note the file name, Sage 50Accounts_v24.2.exe then click Save.
   
   Depending on your web browser, the file may automatically save to your Downloads folder. To view your download folder, press Ctrl + J on your keyboard.
   
   
4. Browse to and double-click the downloaded file, then follow the on-screen prompts.
   
   Your new update introduces some great new features so we need to re-index your data files. This means it may take a little longer to install than previous updates.

6. If prompted to save the file, note the file name  then click Save.
7. Browse to and double-click the downloaded file, then follow the on-screen prompts.
8. Install the update on the computer that holds the data then all other computers that have a copy of Sage 50 Accounts.

After installing the updates, if prompted, restart your computer.

The first time someone opens the company data on the updated software version, the data will be converted to the same updated version. Any computer that accesses the company data either over a network or over Sage Drive will need to be on the updated software version too to have access.
