When you try to create a My Sage login, sometimes you see the following message: 'Account creation was unsuccessful. Please correct the errors and try again. The email address is already in use. Please enter a different email address.' Email already in use This happens when the email you entered is already a My Sage login. As this email already has a login associated to it, it isn’t possible to set it up again. Instead you go to my.sage.co.uk and login with this email address and the password. If you don't know the password, select the forgotten your password option. |
