ERROR: 'Oops, something went wrong' during My Sage log-in

We're sorry you're having issues logging into My Sage.

Common causes for this are:

  • You've entered incorrect details
  • A My Sage account doesn't exist for the email you entered
  • You haven't activated your My Sage account yet
  • There's a problem with the My Sage website
Cause
Resolution
  1. Go to signon.mysage.co.uk and select Sign in.
  2. Check your email address and password are correct, and try to log in again.
  3. If the error occurs again, use the reset your password option.
  4. If you:
    • Receive a password-reset email - reset the password then log in as normal
    • Don't receive a password-reset email - this indicates the email you used isn't a Sage account. To help with creating a new My Sage account, follow the create a My Sage account article
