| Resolution | - Go to signon.mysage.co.uk and select Sign in.
- Check your email address and password are correct, and try to log in again.
- If the error occurs again, use the reset your password option.
- If you:
- Receive a password-reset email - reset the password then log in as normal
- Don't receive a password-reset email - this indicates the email you used isn't a Sage account. To help with creating a new My Sage account, follow the create a My Sage account article
