Allow or remove user access to the Sage Dashboard
Description

If you want to remove someone's access to the Sage Dashboard, you can do this using Azure AD within Microsoft 365.

Resolution
Activate your Azure AD subscription

If you haven't used Azure AD previously, before you can amend access to the Sage Dashboard, you must activate your Azure AD subscription.

NOTE: The Azure AD subscription is included as part of your Microsoft 365 subscription. There is no additional charge.

  1. Visit admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your admin Office ID.
  2. Click Admin centers then click Azure Active Directory.
    • To show Admin centers you may need to click Show all first.
  3. If prompted, in About you, enter your details then click Next.
  4. If prompted, in Contact phone number, enter your contact details, click Next then click Sign up.


This can take a few minutes, when ready, a message appears saying: 'Your subscription is ready for you!'

Remove a user's access to the Sage Dashboard
  1. Visit admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your admin Office ID.
  2. Click Admin centers then click Azure Active Directory.
    • To show Admin centers you may need to click Show all first.
  3. Click Enterprise applications, then in the Application Type drop-down click All applications then click Apply.
  4. Click the Sage Dashboard then under Manage, click Users and groups.
  5. Click the checkbox next to the required user and click Remove, then click Yes.

 

Allow a user access to the Sage Dashboard
  1. Visit admin.microsoft.com and sign in with your admin Office ID.
  2. Click Admin centers then click Azure Active Directory.
    • To show Admin centers you may need to click Show all first.
  3. Click Enterprise applications, then in the Application Type drop-down click All applications then click Apply.
  4. Click the Sage Dashboard then under Manage, click Users and groups.
  5. Click Add user, click Users then click the required user.
  6. Click Select then click Assign.
