Find your Account number, Serial number, and Activation key in your software
Description

When you open your Sage software for the first time, you're prompted to enter your Serial number, Activation key and Account number to activate the software. It's easy to check or update these details at any time. Let's take a look.

Check your activation details

  1. Open Sage 50 Accounts and log in as manager.
  2. Click Help then click About.
  3. Check under Licence Information for your:
    •  Account Number
    •  Serial Number
    • Activation Key

NOTE: You can also find your Serial number and Activation key using your Account number and our Find my serial number and activation key tool.

Update your activation details

  1. Click Tools then click Activation and click Upgrade Program.
  2. Enter your Serial number, Activation key and Account number if required.
  3. Click Continue then click OK.
