Description

To set up a Direct Debit or change your bank account details within My Sage, you need to complete the Direct Debit mandate form.

To submit a Direct Debit mandate or change your bank details download and complete the following PDF form:

Once complete, send an email to o2ccreditcontrol@sage.com with the form attached and your account number in the subject. Once received, we'll update this on your account.


NOTE: Stopping your Direct Debit doesn't cancel your agreement with Sage. For more details, refer to your agreement, which you can access at sage.co.uk/legal
