Direct debit or GoCardless buttons don't appear in Sage 50 Accounts
Description

In Sage 50 Accounts v27, if you're using Remote Data Access on a remote site, the Direct Debit manager or GoCardless options don't appear. This is because the Direct Debit manager and GoCardless options can only be used on the main site when using Remote Data Access.

Resolution

We recommend you install the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts, where all features are available at all sites.

Alternatively, in Sage 50 Accounts v27 you should use the Direct Debit manager and GoCardless options at the main site instead.

To check if your computer is the main or remote site:

  • On the menu bar click Help then click About and under Sage Drive Information check the Site status.
