Change the manager password when logged in

If you're logged in using the MANAGER username, it's easy to update the password at any time.

  1.  Click Settings click User Management then click Change Your Password.
    • In Sage 50 Accounts v26 and below - Click Settings then click Change Your Password
  2. If prompted, enter your current password then click Log on.
     TIP: In Sage 50 Accounts v27 and below, click OK. 
  3. Enter your new password into the Password and Confirm Password boxes.
  4. If prompted, enter a Security question and Security answer to help with future password resets.
  5. Click OK.

Forgotten your manager password?

With so many passwords to remember nowadays, it's easy to forget. It's easy to replace your forgotten password with a new one.

  1. On the Logon window, enter your Logon name and tab to the next box.
  2. Click Forgotten password and answer your security question, then click OK.
  3. Enter a new Password and Confirm Password.
  4. Enter a Security question and Security answer then click OK.
  5. Log in with your new password.

If the Forgotten password options doesn't appear or you don't know your security question answer, call Sage Technical Support. We can decode your password during the call.
