How to reinstate a suspended employee
Description

When an employee is away from work for a long period of time without pay, don't process any timesheets for them. To prevent this, you can suspend them from the payroll. When you need to pay the employee again, reinstate them to ensure you include them in the payroll.

  1. On the menu bar, click Processing then click Employee Details.
  2. Next to the Surname box, click browse  and click the relevant employee.
  3. Click the Tax / PRSI / USC tab.
  4. In the Finish Period box, delete the value 99.
  5. Click Save, then click Cancel.
