View your documents from Sage 50 Accounts

Invoices, credits and purchase orders

  1. In the navigation pane, click Invoices and credits or Purchase orders as required.
  2. Click the relevant invoice, credit or order, then click the view link , or alternatively click View Online.

TIP: To view invoice documents from the Activity window or the Transactions module, click the view link  on the transaction or click View Online or View attachment. In the Activity window, these options are available when Show detail is selected.  The options are only available if there are attachments to view.

Letters and statements

  1. In the navigation pane, click Customers then double-click the relevant customer record.
  2. Click the Communications tab, click the relevant communication record, then click View Online.

TIP: If you didn't create a communication record for your letter or statement, or if you use Sage 50 Essentials, you can view your document in OneDrive instead.

View your documents from OneDrive

  1. Sign in to Microsoft 365 with your Office ID, click the app selector  then click OneDrive.
  2. In the left-hand pane, click the group for your Sage Accounts company data.
  3. Click the sageArtefacts folder, then click Customer or Supplier as required.
  4. Click the relevant customer or supplier reference folder, then click the relevant folder for your document type.

TIP: You can also access your documents through the Sage Contact add-in under Files.
