This message may appear for the following reasons: | Reason | Solution |

| Sage Accounts cannot read the import file due to it being corrupt. | You must restore a backup taken prior to the import, then create the import file again in a new location and try to re-import. |
|
| There is not enough disk space on the computer which holds the Sage Accounts data. | You must restore a backup taken prior to the import. You must then check the free disk space on the drive where your data is stored, if required you should free up some disk space or reduce the size of the import file.
