This message appears when the data can't be read. This is usually caused by currency symbols, for example, £.

To fix this error, remove all currency symbols from the import file.

TIP: The currency symbols may be hidden on an Excel document. If so, rename the file to change the extension to .CSV and open the file again. Remove any currency symbols and then save the file.
