Print the Earnings Tax & PRSI (ETP) report
Description

The Earnings Tax & PRSI (ETP) report provides a breakdown of the gross pay, tax paid, universal social charge (USC) paid and social insurance (PRSI) payments for each employee, per pay period during the current tax year.

Print your employee ETP reports

NOTE: If you want the current pay period's figures included on this report, check your payroll status is End Of Period (EOP). If it's not, click Processing then click End Of Period then click OK.

  1. From the menu bar at the top of your window, click Reports then click Payroll Reports.
  2. Click the Employee tab.
  3. Select Earnings Tax & PRSI.
  4. To check your printer settings are correct, click Setup.

    Under Orientation, select Landscape then click OK.

  5. Under Selection, select a Sequence.
  6. In the From and To boxes, enter the relevant range.

    If you leave these boxes blank, the report will print for all employees in this payroll.

  7. Click Print, then click Cancel.
  8. Review the printed Earnings Tax & PRSI reports and check the information is correct.
  9. If the report is incorrect for any of your employees, please contact Sage technical support or your Sage-accredited business partner for further assistance.
