When installing Sage 50 Accounts, the following message may appear:

'Error 1609: An error has occurred while applying security settings. Users is not a valid user or group. This could be a problem with the package or a problem connecting to a domain controller on the network. Check your network connection and click retry or cancel to end install.'

The most common reason for this message is if you're using a non-English language version of Windows, so the system can't find a group called Users.
