Error - 'Access is denied' when trying to access areas of My Sage
Description

This occurs when your My Sage permissions don't have the required privileges. This may be due to containing sensitive company information.

For this reason you may receive the following message:

The steps we recommend you follow:

NOTE: This is the person who originally set up your My Sage account at your company. If they're no longer at the business, follow the steps in this article- My Sage - online administrator has left the business

  • On some pages, there's an option Send request to gain access

    Once sent, the Online Account Administrator must Create new user access in the My Sage account.

  • Alternatively, click Log out, and try again using the log in details of a user with online admin rights

 TIP: If you're logging is as the online account admin, you may need to use the incognito windows or clear cache and cookies.
