To print your employees' payslips for the current period

Follow the steps below:

  1. On the menu bar, click Reports then click Payroll Reports.
  2. Click the Employee tab.
  3. Select Payslips.
  4. Under Selection, in the List box, click one of the following options:
    • Laser Payslip - Use this option if you're printing two part laser payslips on a laser, inkjet or deskjet printer.
    • Security Laser Payslip - Use this option if you want to print security laser payslips on a laser, inkjet or deskjet printer.
    • Continuous Print Payslip - Use this option if you want to print payslips on a wide carriage dot matrix printer.
  5. Click Print.
  6. If you're prompted to include or exclude employees that receive email payslips, click the relevant option then click OK.
  7. To close the Payroll Reports window, click Cancel.
  8. If the payslips print incorrectly, please contact Sage technical support or your Sage accredited business partner for guidance.
