Add or change a user's password

Cause
Resolution
  1. Log in as the system administrator.
  2. Go to Security, then Users.
  3. Select the user, then Change password.
  4. Enter the new password in both fields. The password must:
    • Be between eight and 15 characters
    • Include at least one letter
    • Include at least one number
    • Include at least one special character
     TIP: Find out more about the password requirements.
  5. Select OK. then OK to close the window.
