Steps on how to gather system information required prior to your appointment.

As covered in your Sage 200 Services terms and conditions, the information required needs to be emailed to smbreportdesignservice@sage.com at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

Below are some steps to work through to obtain the required information. If you are unable to complete the steps below, please speak to your local IT administrator or Buisness Partner.

Obtain Your Sage 200 Version Number

  1. Open Sage 200.
  2. Select Tools > About Sage 200 from the top right corner of toolbar.

    Note: This screen may take several moments to fully display.

  3. Make a note of your full version number > select OK.

Obtain Your Sage Report Design Version Number

  1. Select Tools > Run Sage Report Designer from the top right corner of toolbar (if you cannot see 'Run Sage Report Designer' find a user that has access).
  2. Sage Report Designer select Help > About from the top toolbar.
  3. Make a note of your full Report Designer version number and select OK.
  4. Then Select File > Exit.

Sage Business Partners can now log new cases online!

If you're unable to find the help you require from our online resources, log a new case with us without having to use phone or email. Simply select 'Manage your cases' from the dashboard or visit my.sage.co.uk/cases.
