Let's do this now. |
Resolution | Save a report in Microsoft Excel format- Click Reports, then click Payroll Reports.
- Locate and select the relevant report, then click Excel.
NOTE: If the Excel button is greyed out when you select a report, it's not possible to export it into a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. - Browse to where you want to save the Microsoft Excel file, then click Save.
- When asked if you want to view the file now, click either Yes or No.
TIP: If you select No, you can access the saved report as a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet later from the location you specified in step 3.
Email a report as a Microsoft Excel file- Click Reports, then click Payroll Reports.
- Locate and select the relevant report, then click Email.
- When prompted, click Excel.
An email opens with the Excel spreadsheet attached. - Enter the recipient’s email address. If required, edit the subject title and body of the email.
- To send the email, click Send.
