Save a report in Microsoft Excel format

  1. Go to Reports, then select Payroll Reports.
  2. Locate and select the report you want, then select Excel.
     NOTE: If the software greys out the Excel button, you can’t export the report to Excel. 
  3. Browse to the folder where you want to save the file, then select Save.
  4. When prompted to view the file, choose Yes or No.

 TIP: If you choose No, go to the folder you selected in step 3 to open the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet later. 


Email a report as a Microsoft Excel file

  1. Go to Reports, then select Payroll Reports.
  2. Locate and select the report you want, then select Email.
  3. When prompted, select Excel.
    An email opens with the Microsoft Excel spreadsheet attached.
  4. Enter the recipient’s email address.
    If needed, edit the subject and message.
  5. To send the email, select Send.
