This occurs if any of the following are true:

• One or more nominal codes are not represented in the COA.
• One or more of the ranges within the COA has a blank description.
• The floating categories are empty.

TIP: In previous versions, if there are errors in the Chart of Accounts, the following message appears when running any report that uses the COA:

'There are errors in your Chart of Accounts. Your Financial reports may be incorrect as a result.'

Edit the COA and ensure that all of the ranges have a description.
